# Delete an alert

`DELETE /v1/alerts/{id}`

Deletes the alert and its delivery history. Its channels stay.

## Parameters

| Name | In | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `id` | path, required | The alert's id (feed_...). |

## Responses

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| 204 | Done |
| 401 | The API key is missing or not valid |
| 404 | No alert with this id |
